Details

Eagle Lake Camp is coming to South June 1st-5th! We can't wait to share the love of Jesus with kids in our local community through this fun and impactful week. To pull this off, we need our church community to pitch in! Volunteer positions for ages 18+ include Host Homes for Eagle Lake staff, Meal Prep, Check-in/Check-out, Medical Personnel, and more.

These serve opportunities are for adults, unless otherwise noted. Please read through the descriptions and then click "register" to choose the area(s) where you'd like to help. Thank you!

Host Home Volunteers
-Evening of May 30th-morning of June 6th
Hosting an Eagle Lake staff member is a rewarding opportunity to support young leaders as they care for kids all summer. Hosts provide a place to sleep, simple breakfasts, and dinners a few nights during the week, offering rest and encouragement. The commitment is one week, with transportation to and from South Fellowship on the first and last day. It’s a meaningful way to show hospitality, build relationships, and invest in the lives of these incredible young adults.

Interested in being a Host Home? Please register directly through Eagle Lake.

Welcome parents as they come to pick up their camper, and direct them to their camper’s room.

Medical Volunteers
-Monday-Friday: 9am-4pm
We’re looking for someone with a caring heart and a bit of medical know-how to help keep our campers safe and healthy throughout the week. This role includes tending to minor issues like small scrapes or sunscreen-in-the-eyes moments and being present for any medical needs that arise. A background in healthcare (CNA, RN, EMT, etc.) is preferred.

Dinner Providers for Eagle Lake Staff Bible Study
-June 3rd
On Wednesday evening, Eagle Lake staff will gather at the church for Bible Study, and we’d love your help in providing dinner for their team of 20. This can be a home-cooked meal, a group effort, or something catered. We’ll share any dietary needs ahead of time to make it easy.

Worship Center Reset Team
-June 5th, 3:45-4:45pm
Help us get ready for Sunday worship by resetting the chairs in the Worship Center.

Friday Evening Staff Gathering & Dinner Team
-June 5th, 6-9pm
Wrap up the week by hosting the Eagle Lake staff (20 people) for dinner and a relaxing evening from 6–9pm on Friday. It’s a great way to bless the team and share some quality time after a full week of camp. We’ll provide any dietary restrictions to help you plan.

Eagle Lake Scholarship Fund
Please help us ensure that every child who would like to go to camp is financially able to attend. Access our giving platform and select "Eagle Lake Scholarships 2026" to provide financial assistance to campers. Any amount is appreciated. Thank you!

Middle & High School Opportunities

Crew (ages 13-17)
-$20 for the week (Limit 10)
Crew builds up young leaders who want to invest in their community with opportunities to grow in their own faith, learn how to disciple others, lead younger campers, and serve the church, all while having a blast at camp.

Being part of Crew is all about serving while making a real impact. You’ll get to jump in behind the scenes to set up activities, tidy up after campers, or lend a hand wherever needed.

Interested in joining Crew? Please register directly through Eagle Lake.

Counselors in Training (ages 16-17)
-$0 for the week
CITs work alongside Eagle Lake counselors, engaging younger campers in high-energy games and activities, leading daily Bible studies, and looking for opportunities to encourage campers in their relationships with the Lord through discipleship opportunities.

Interested in being a Counselor in Training? Please register directly through Eagle Lake.
